Job Title : Manufacturing Engineer

Location : Everett, WA (Onsite)

Job Summary :

Join our client as a Manufacturing Engineer, playing a vital role in aircraft modifications for Certification Flight Testing. This position is crucial for the certification of the company aircraft, ensuring all modifications meet the necessary standards.

Job Responsibilities :

• Collaborate as a Tiger Team Member on critical flight test projects.
• Develop installation plans for configuration changes, both test-specific and production.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to create and revise installation plans.
• Review installation plans for quality, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Plan and identify necessary removals and modifications.
• Evaluate tooling requirements for compatibility with flightline operations.

Skills Required :

• Proficiency in Assembly & Installation Manufacturing Engineering.
• Experience with systems, electrical, and propulsion is a plus.
• Familiarity with CMES, PDM, CAPP, ENOVIA, CATIA, and related tools.
• Ability to create change incorporation instructions and manage configuration knowledge.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Education / Experience :

• Advanced education or equivalent experience, typically 3+ years in a related field.
