Job description

Crisis Prevention Intervention and Trauma Informed Care are the cornerstone of treatment at SequoyahAdolescent Treatment Center. De-escalation techniques and coping mechanisms are offered to residents and
life skills are taught to assist with success upon discharge.
Who are the customers?
Our facility is a secure facility which serves the needs of adolescent males age 13-17 with a historyof violence and aggression.
Ideal Candidate
LPCC or LCSW and experience working with adolescents.Minimum Qualification
Licensure in New Mexico as an LMSW, LISW, LMHC, LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or LPAT and one (1) year of experience as it pertains to the essential duties and responsibilities of the classification. Any combination of education from an accredited college or university in a related field above licensure requirements and/or direct experience in this occupation totaling one (1) year may substitute for the required experience.Employment Requirements
