Overview Purpose Statement/Position Summary: The responsibilities of the Program Assistant may include project correspondence and reports, coordinating schedules and meetings, and developing and maintaining program files; support of outreach and education events; data collection, data entry, and/or study documentation. The Program Assistant will participate in research projects through review of primary and secondary data and may be asked to conduct literature reviews; support focus groups; assist in the development of materials for grant proposals, presentations, and meetings. Minimum Qualifications/Work Experience: 1+ years’ experience with research programs and/or transcribing. Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access preferred. Education/Licensure/Certification: High school graduate or equivalent. College education preferred. Pay Scale Information USD $23.50 - USD $23.50 CHLA values the contribution each Team Member brings to our organization. Final determination of a successful candidate’s starting pay will vary based on a number of factors, including, but not limited to education and experience within the job or the industry. The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this specific job description. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
