What You’ll Do Greet customers and conduct a thorough needs assessment at write-up Build trust by explaining recommended maintenance and repair needs clearly Create accurate repair orders, confirm concerns, and document symptoms Communicate updates throughout the day and set clear expectations Coordinate with dispatch/technicians to keep work moving efficiently Review completed work with customers and ensure a quality delivery Promote menu maintenance, recalls, and factory programs (Ford/Lincoln) Maintain strong CSI by providing consistent, high-level service What We’re Looking For Service Advisor experience preferred (Ford/Lincoln experience a plus) Strong communication skills and professional demeanor Comfortable using DMS and inspection/MPI tools (or willing to learn) Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Must be extremely detail oriented Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Ability to pass background check as required What We Offer Competitive pay plan (base + commission/bonus) Medical/Dental/Vision benefits (if applicable) 401(k) Paid holidays, time off & paid training Employee pricing and discounts on vehicle, parts and service Career growth opportunities with a Ford/Lincoln brand How to Apply Reply with your resume and contact information.
