What You'll Do
- Lead a team of 3 pediatric hospitalists in providing inpatient pediatric care
- Oversee newborn nursery care, in collaboration with NICU specialists
- Provide expert pediatric consultations to the Emergency Department
- Conduct newborn circumcisions as part of patient care services
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical research projects
- Collaborate closely with neonatologists and hospital staff to ensure seamless patient care
- Promote best practices and enhance patient health outcomes through team leadership
What You Need
- Valid State Medical License in Ohio
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
- Minimum 5 years of pediatric hospital medicine experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
