What You'll Do

• Lead a team of 3 pediatric hospitalists in providing inpatient pediatric care
• Oversee newborn nursery care, in collaboration with NICU specialists
• Provide expert pediatric consultations to the Emergency Department
• Conduct newborn circumcisions as part of patient care services
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical research projects
• Collaborate closely with neonatologists and hospital staff to ensure seamless patient care
• Promote best practices and enhance patient health outcomes through team leadership

What You Need

• Valid State Medical License in Ohio
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
• Minimum 5 years of pediatric hospital medicine experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
