Pay & Benefits
- Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (to be discussed upon application)
- Annual Salary Range: $136,822 – $179,379, based on experience
- Additional Compensation: Up to $10,000 annually via Quality Value Incentive Plan (QVIP)
- Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000 for eligible candidates

What You’ll Do
- Provide overnight trauma and acute care surgical services
- Manage trauma admissions, emergency general surgeries, and inpatient care
- Perform patient evaluations, develop care plans, and interpret diagnostic tests
- Assist trauma surgeons with procedures, resuscitation, and operative support
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Document clinical activities in Epic EMR
- Practice autonomously handling multiple complex cases
- Support quality, safety, and performance improvement initiatives
- Engage in professional growth and leadership development opportunities
What You Need
Required:
- State licensure as a Physician Assistant
- Minimum 2 years trauma surgery experience or completed surgical fellowship
- Ability to work night shifts independently
Preferred: - ACLS/BLS certifications
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
