These hospital-employed roles provide a rare combination of autonomy, high patient volume, and work-life balance—with generous compensation and strong clinical support.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: Indefinite base salary
• Bonus: Quality and productivity incentives; average annual bonus $10,000–$25,000; realistic income $300,000+ after year three
• Sign-On Bonus: $40,000
• Time Off: 5 weeks PTO + 5 CME days with 6k allowance
• CME Allowance: $6,000 annually
• Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance; 403(b) with match; tail coverage included
