Juniper Square offers employees a variety of ways to work, ranging from a fully remote experience to working full-time in one of our physical offices. We invest heavily in digital-first operations, allowing our teams to collaborate effectively across most US states, 2 Canadian Provinces and Mexico. We have physical offices in San Francisco, CA and Austin, TX, for US employees who prefer to work in an office some or all of the time.
About your role
Our Financial Reporting team is responsible for preparing financial reports in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). You will build processes and train a fast-growing team that provides best in class customer service. We are looking for a strong systems thinker & people leader who is eager to be in a fast-paced, team-based environment and act as a player/coach. This role will involve a combination of direct customer-facing work, process creation and team leadership.
