Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC lathe machines to produce precision parts according to specifications.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
• Inspect finished products for accuracy and adherence to specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.
• 5+ years experience setting up and operating CNC Lathe machines, preferably in the Aerospace industry.
• Experience with Mazak and/or Nakamura machines preferred
• Strong understanding of CNC machining processes and tools.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Proficient in using measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
