What You’d Do in This Role:

As a Product Designer, you’ll create intuitive digital experiences that help people make confident decisions and move forward in their lives. You’ll partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers to turn customer insights into thoughtful, easy-to-use solutions—participating in discovery, designing user flows and prototypes, and iterating based on customer feedback and product data.

You’ll contribute throughout the product development process, helping simplify complex problems into experiences that feel clear, trustworthy, and genuinely helpful. This role is ideal for a designer who enjoys collaboration, values curiosity, and wants to grow their product thinking while working on meaningful customer problems.

You’re Probably a Match If:

• You have 4–5 years of product design experience working on digital products across web and mobile
• You’ve contributed to products or features from early concept through launch and iteration
• You’re highly proficient in Figma, including wireframing, prototyping, components, and design systems
• You have experience participating in customer discovery activities such as interviews, usability testing, surveys, or feedback analysis
• You can simplify complex customer and business problems into intuitive product experiences
• You collaborate effectively with Product Managers and Engineers in a cross-functional environment
• You’re comfortable exploring multiple solutions, giving and receiving feedback, and iterating quickly
• Your portfolio demonstrates strong product thinking, problem-solving, and measurable impact—not just polished visuals
