**Key Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, or related field.
- 5-7 years of practical industry experience in PLC programming (Allen Bradley, Schneider, etc.).
- Expertise with software such as FactoryTalk Studio 5000 and EcoStruxure Machine Expert.
- Strong knowledge of electrical schematics, VFDs, sensors, and actuators.
- Proficiency in using design tools such as AutoCAD Electrical; familiarity with UL, NEC, NFPA standards.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate PLC systems with hardware and software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting.

- Keen attention to detail and precision for ensuring system safety and functionality.
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
- Creative, results-oriented mindset; a self-starter with a proactive attitude.
- Proficiency in MS Office and general computer literacy.
