Tower Loan is searching for a full-time Marketing Specialist to join our team.

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting the marketing efforts of Tower Loan which includes various digital marketing strategies such as SEO content optimization, website optimization, data analysis, and campaign performance evaluation across various marketing channels. This role requires strategic thinking and communication skills.

Responsibility Summary:

• Assist Director of Marketing in creating and updating key reports on marketing performance.
• Plan, execute, and analyze various marketing campaigns involving digital marketing, print/online advertising, or SEO/SEM efforts.
• Assist in content development including social media or digital/print advertising.
• Analyze email marketing and text marketing efforts to improve efficiency and ROI.
• Determine new and improved ways to generate traffic to our physical branches and our website.
• Perform continuous analysis of SEO/SEM performance, track conversion efforts using internal and external tools, and implement new ideas to increase conversions.

Qualifications:

• Associates degree required; bachelor痴 degree preferred.
• 2+ years of marketing experience required.
• Computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Team player with excellent organizational skills who can be self-directed.
• Ability to be flexible and attentive with unplanned tasks.
• Ability to think strategically and solve problems in a timely manner.
• Strong creative skills for developing marketing content and campaigns.

*This position is located in Flowood, MS. The employee will report daily to our corporate location. *

Work Schedule:

• Work Schedule: M芳; 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.; overtime may be occasionally required due to department and organizational needs.
