Candidates must be able to work in a standing position for extended periods, in a fast-paced environment. Restaurant experience is preferred, but we are willing to train someone with a great attitude and willingness to work hard.

LINE COOK

Line Cooks are responsible for the food guests rave about! As a Line Cook, you will prep and prepare delicious dishes in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a safe and clean environment.

LINE COOKS RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Recipe Adherence
• Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
• Prepare food for service in a timely manner
• Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
• Answer, report and follow Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager’s instructions
• Maintain a clean work environment
• Stock inventory appropriately
• Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, of high quality and in a timely fashion
• Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
• Arrive on time and in clean, pressed uniform with a positive attitude ready to work

This is an hourly position, with part-time and full-time positions available.

$15-$20 Hourly Pay. Pay is based on experience.
