What You'll Do
- Provide specialized neonatal care in a Level-III NICU with 34 beds and ~3,500 annual deliveries
- Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team of neonatologists, pediatric specialists, and hospital staff
- Manage high-risk mothers and critically ill neonates, including stabilized transports
- Participate in family-centered care and support services
- Cover shifts as scheduled, including 8-hour and 24-hour assignments
- Assist with patient assessments, care planning, and procedures
- Engage with a full team of specialists including cardiology, endocrinology, radiology, neurology, and orthopedics
What You Need
- Current NNP Board Certification (FNP, PNP, or other NP certifications not accepted)
- Minimum 2 years' recent experience as an NNP
- Florida state license or eligibility for licensure
- Strong clinical skills in neonatal intensive care
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
