What You'll Do

• Provide specialized neonatal care in a Level-III NICU with 34 beds and ~3,500 annual deliveries
• Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team of neonatologists, pediatric specialists, and hospital staff
• Manage high-risk mothers and critically ill neonates, including stabilized transports
• Participate in family-centered care and support services
• Cover shifts as scheduled, including 8-hour and 24-hour assignments
• Assist with patient assessments, care planning, and procedures
• Engage with a full team of specialists including cardiology, endocrinology, radiology, neurology, and orthopedics

What You Need

• Current NNP Board Certification (FNP, PNP, or other NP certifications not accepted)
• Minimum 2 years' recent experience as an NNP
• Florida state license or eligibility for licensure
• Strong clinical skills in neonatal intensive care
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
