Program Analyst

Job Description

ASRC Federal Technology Solutions, LLC is seeking a cleared Program Analyst to support our contract in Colorado Springs, CO.

The selected candidate's responsibilities will include the following:

• Support planning, development, organization, and implementation of the Command’s Counter-TCO program Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) efforts, to include Requirements Development Process, Change Management Process, Assessments, Monitoring and Evaluation (AME) efforts, and management of internal control/self-assessment programs
• Support management and execution of the CPI program and improvement cycle
• Assist teams with the development, scheduling, and execution of CPI events
• Identify and request resources such as personnel, equipment, supplies, and space to ensure the team's mission is met
• Evaluate metrics and analysis tools to ensure the team's actions are timely and reviewed at critical points
• Review work presented for approval by team members and make recommendations for improvement either in the work itself or the methods used to accomplish the work
• Determine and recommend methods for improving the quality and effectiveness of the team's work

Requirements

Qualified candidates must meet the following requirements:

• This is an onsite program analyst position in Colorado Springs, CO
• Active DOD Top Secret/SCI clearance required
• A bachelor's degree from an accredited university
• 5+ years of work related experience
• 3 years experience with project management, program management, or quality management
• 2 years experience in continuous process improvement desired
• Project Management Professional credential desired
• Strong knowledge of government fiscal planning, programming, budgeting, and execution
