  • Hours: Flexible Schedule - Monday through Friday (No weekends)
  • Employed
  • Degrees Accepted: Master's

  • Average patients seen: 2 - 3 per hour
  • Call Schedule: No Call
  • Loan Repayment

  • Additional Information: - 2 Bronx locations available.
    - Work and live in a thriving urban setting.
    - Looking for candidates with 5 or less years of experience as we want them to grow with our organization.
    - Practice in an NCQA Level 3 PCMH community-based practice.
    - Knowledge of fluent or medical Spanish a plus.


    - 45 minutes from New York City.
    - Close to the Bronx Park, the New York Botanical Gardens, and the Bronx Zoo.
    - We ranked in the 97th percentile by HRSA for clinical, financial, and regulatory performance.
