Schedule: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

About the Opportunity

We are seeking dedicated Banquet Servers and Dishwashers to play key roles in delivering exceptional service and seamless operations during this special occasion.

Dishwasher Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization by washing, sanitizing, and properly storing dishes, utensils, and glassware.
• Operate and maintain industrial dishwashing equipment.
• Handle waste management, including garbage and recycling disposal.
• Keep workspaces clean and adhere to health and safety standards.
• Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation as needed.
• Restock serving stations with necessary dishware.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.

Banquet Server Responsibilities

• Set up banquet spaces, including table linens, place settings, and buffet stations.
• Provide professional, timely service, including food and beverage setup, transport, and service.
• Address guest inquiries and issues promptly, escalating to the supervisor when necessary.
• Perform closing duties, such as clearing tables and preparing the space for future events.
• Maintain a safe, harassment-free environment while adhering to company policies and standards.
• Participate in pre-shift meetings for event details and updates.
• Follow the dress code and represent the organization professionally.
• Handle irregular shifts and schedules as required.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience: Prior experience in similar roles is a plus but not required.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Attributes: Punctuality, reliability, and a commitment to excellence.
