Position Summary:

Supports the Software Review Board (SRB) by acting as a liaison between departments, prioritizing requests, managing backlogs, and updating stakeholders on process flows and statuses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and prioritize software requests based on business impact
• Manage SRB backlog, review emails, and send follow-ups
• Verify naming conventions, versions, and billing numbers
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with IT asset management best practices

Key Competencies:

• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Problem-solving and process improvement mindset
• Knowledge of IT asset management principles

Qualifications:

• Minimum: Some college experience & 1 year in inventory management
• Preferred: AA/AS in Computer Science, Business, or Engineering; 1 year in Software Asset Management (SAM)

The hourly rate for this position is between $55.00 per hour.
