We are a family‑owned and operated company with a strong commitment to our employees and the clients we serve. We’re looking for a dedicated Quality Inspector to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting plumbing systems in new‑construction homes and ensuring all work meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. We offer competitive pay, a full benefits package, a supportive work environment, and opportunities for long‑term growth within our company.

  • Ability to explain findings clearly to builders and contractors
  • Don’t just identify issues, but also recommend solutions

  • Enjoy working in the field rather than being confined to an office

The Experience We’d Love To See:

  • Previous experience in home inspections or quality control, especially in construction or plumbing, is highly valued
  • A thorough knowledge of local, state, and national plumbing codes is crucial for ensuring compliance

  • The ability to recommend solutions for non-compliance or defects is a valuable asset

What You’ll Get To Do:

  • Examine installations, fixtures, and equipment to ensure they function properly and meet regulatory requirements
  • Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintaining records
  • Spotting violations or non-compliance and recommending corrective actions
  • Advising contractors, plumbers, and property owners on plumbing regulations and safety standards
  • Keep up with changes in plumbing codes, regulations, and industry trends

Why You Want This Job:

  • The demand for quality plumbing inspections remains strong, especially with ongoing residential construction projects
  • If you enjoy practical problem-solving and working in the field rather than in an office, this role offers plenty of opportunities
  • You play a crucial role in making sure plumbing systems meet safety standards and function properly
  • With experience, you can advance into supervisory roles
  • Plumbing inspectors often earn solid wages, especially with developing experience
  • You help homeowners avoid costly plumbing issues by ensuring installations are done right the first time

This Position Offers:

  • A fast-growing industry with a rapidly expanding company
  • Family friendly atmosphere
  • Monday-Friday work week with weekly pay
  • Health, prescription drug, vision, and dental insurance available
  • Short- and long-term disability as well as life insurance available
  • Matching 401(k) with potential yearly holiday bonus
  • Great Work-Life balance and Employee Assistance Program offered
