Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) – Home Infusion | Westminster, CA

Summary
Our client is a leading provider of home infusion services, delivering high-quality, patient-centered pharmacy care across the country. This role is ideal for a licensed pharmacist with strong leadership skills and deep experience in sterile compounding and home infusion. As PIC, you’ll lead pharmacy operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and help deliver outstanding care to patients in their homes for a new pharmacy in Westminster, CA.

Salary
$140K–$180K base, negotiable, with $200K+ OTE potential

Job Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations and compliance with state and federal regulations. Lead all sterile compounding activities in accordance with USP <797> and <800> standards. Manage pharmacy inventory and ensure accurate preparation, labeling, and dispensation of medications. Collaborate with prescribers and patients to develop and monitor infusion therapies. Supervise, mentor, and support pharmacy staff while fostering a high-performance team environment. Coordinate with providers, payors, and other stakeholders to streamline workflows and enhance care delivery.

Qualifications
Licensed Pharmacist in California. At least 5 years of experience in home infusion pharmacy. Proficiency with USP <797>/<800> compliance and sterile compounding. Proven track record in pharmacy leadership. Familiarity with home infusion workflows, state/federal regulations, and audit preparedness.
