Position SummaryResponsible for providing independent operational support by assisting in the coordination of programs under the Leased Housing Department in the delivery of these services, and for planning, developing, implementing, stabilization, eviction prevention, maintaining, evaluating, and overseeing programs designed to increase the economic self-sufficiency of program participants. Responsible for the Commission s Program policies and procedures are met in accordance with HUD, federal, local, and other applicable laws, rules, policies, and procedures. Responsible for the Commission receiving at least a satisfactory rating concerning HUD agency scoring systems such as Section 8 Management Assessment Program (SEMAP) and other future HUD required evaluation systems. ResponsibilitiesUndertakes and performs the following and all other work-related duties as assigned.
An Associate s degree in Social Services, Human Services, Business Administration, or a closely related field from an accredited college or university and one (1) year of relevant experience, plus at least three (3) years experience in the housing or social services field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to fulfill essential position functions.
