Client Support Engineer
Compensation : 27.50 / hr
Identify, manage, escalate, and resolve technical issues. Install and configure software, print drivers, utilities, etc. to be utilized on workstations and computer networks. Troubleshoot all information technology issues, including software, hardware, and networking. Monitor installed systems, identify problems, and take corrective action. All while providing excellent customer service.
Role Responsibilities :
Provide basic technical support to US Foods Clients with a Customer Service Attitude. Troubleshoot application issues, basic diagnosing of the desktop / laptop software problems. Creating constructive, customer centered relationships with onsite staff. All while treating each individual with premier customer care and empathy.
Requirements :
3 - 5 years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
3 - 5 years of Customer Service experience.
Excellent communication skills.
This position requires a self-starter and good self-governance
The ability to work in a team environment or alone and commit to a flexible work schedule.
Preferences (not required) :
3-5 years technical experience a plus.
1-3 years networking experience
Previous experience troubleshooting desktop, printer, minor network, and notebook issues.
Very strong user and support of MSOffice.
