Job Description:
We’re looking for energetic, outgoing, and friendly people to promote positive guest relations, and maintain total guest satisfaction in a professional manner. They must be a positive, consistent, and goal-oriented role model to other staff members. Applicant must be dedicated to providing genuine hospitality to all guests and team members. Utilize your interpersonal skills to anticipate needs and help create unforgettable memories for our guests. Leadership capability, attention to detail, professional composure, and remaining calm under pressure are attributes that would make you great at this job.
Job Duties:
As a hospitality specialist you’ll be the first and last person our guests interact with when they dine with us. You’ll be the person to greet them with a warm smile and wish them a good night as they leave the establishment. Other duties include, taking reservations over the phone, bringing guests to their table, etc. You’ll play a vital role in making sure the evening stays organized and guests are greeted by their server in a timely manner. Additionally, you’ll be preparing retail packages (ex. balloon and rose packages) for the guest ahead of their reservation time.
We are hiring for Full-Time and Part-Time!
● Pay starting at $16.50-$17.50/hour with the opportunity for a review and a raise after 30 days!
● We also offer employee discounts of 50% off for a dinner for two.
