Job description
Twin City Staffing is now seeking several maintenance technicians in Minneapolis and surrounding metro areas for residential maintenance. We recognize the value and importance of the residential maintenance technician's role in helping the residents feel safe and taking care of their needs. Location: Minneapolis, MNHours: 8 am - 5 pm, Monday - Friday (not an on-call position)Pay: $20 - 29/hr.Benefits of the residential maintenance technicians:

    • Job duties of the residential maintenance technicians:
  • Plumbing
  • Electrical
  • Appliance Repair
  • Lock changes
  • Apartment turnovers
  • Installation
  • Repair windows, doors, etc.
    • Qualifications of the residential maintenance technicians:
  • Physical: walk, stand, reach, lift 30 lbs., frequently, 50 lbs. occasionally, hand tools, grasp, work in all types of weather
  • Previous residential or commercial maintenance required
  • Boilers, EPA, CPI certification preferred but not required
