Estimated Total Compensation : $125,000 - $150,000 / annually (base salary + commissions). Driven sales professionals have the potential to exceed this range based on performance.

Schedule : M-S, (second day off during the week)

At Alta Cima Corp dba Factory Select Homes, we help customers find their dream homes while providing an exciting and rewarding sales experience. As a Sales Associate, you'll engage with prospective buyers, give factory and model home tours, and guide them through the home-buying process with confidence and ease.

Minimum Qualifications :

With direct mentorship from your Sales Manager and strong support from our corporate team, you'll handle incoming leads and guide prospective customers through the sales process to help them find their dream home. If you have a positive, upbeat attitude, a strong drive to succeed, and the ambition to earn between $75,000 and $150,000 annually—with even greater potential for top performers, this opportunity is for you!

Saturdays are required, but sales centers are closed on Sunday. A typical schedule includes one day off during the week and Sunday.
