Description :

Highland Hills Assisted Living is seeking dedicated and friendly individuals to join our dining services team as Waitstaff. This role is essential in providing an excellent dining experience for our residents by serving meals in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities :

• Meal Service : Set up dining areas, serve meals and beverages, and ensure residents receive their food promptly.
• Resident Interaction : Engage with residents in a friendly manner, addressing their dietary preferences and special requests with care and professionalism.
• Cleanliness and Organization : Maintain cleanliness in dining and kitchen areas, including clearing tables, washing dishes, and ensuring all equipment is sanitized according to health and safety regulations.
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service and a positive dining experience for residents.
• Compliance : Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food handling procedures and personal hygiene standards.
