Job description

Summary

JOB SUMMARY: Provides first line assistant supervisory capabilities within the Security/Courier Services Department to meet and achieve organizational goals and departmental objectives. In the absence of the Shift Captain, serves as the supervisor of the shift.
  • Submits accurate written reports and documents findings of investigations.
  • Greets and provides assistance to patients, visitors, and employees at entrances and exits.
  • Provides effective leadership and guidance for Security Department personnel.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Formal working knowledge; equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college); requires knowledge of a specialized field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience; 5+ years preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License with no more than 2 points on driving record.
  • Current/valid American Heart Association CPR Certification.
