About the Role: The installation coordinator will have full responsibility for selecting installation service suppliers, and leading installation efforts of company projects. This critical position will be forge strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and field installation staff.
What You’ll Do:

Lead installation efforts for company projects from pre-sell to post-sale stages, including recommendation of installation methods, obtaining pricing, developing schedules, and overseeing field implementation.

Source and develop installation suppliers that meet company and client standards for quality, timeliness, and cost.

Prepare bid packages and provide installation estimates as requested for new projects.

Negotiate with suppliers for competitive installation services, issue purchase orders, and approve supplier invoices.

Develop installation schedules and coordinate with internal and external teams to meet project requirements.

Train field installers and provide suppliers with ongoing direction and support during installation rollouts.

Travel to customer locations as required, overseeing and auditing installation performance.

Communicate installation status with project teams, clients, and suppliers.

Act as a technical resource and liaison among all parties to address and resolve field issues and warranty complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.

Develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers, suppliers and field installers.
What We’re Looking For:

3 years of related experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Proven success in leading employees, projects, and suppliers.

Demonstrated outstanding problem solving, customer service, and teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment.

Intelligent high energy individual that can operate independently and also on a team
-
Demonstrated exceptional verbal and written communications skills.

Excellent negotiation skills.

Proficient computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, JIRA, Smart Sheets ERP systems, etc.

Must be willing to travel up to 20%.
