ROLE DESCRIPTION:
This job is located in the city of Centennial Colorado.

As for , you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

Enjoy a fun and environment with some flexibility to work remote occasionally, we are eager to have you on our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
  • Prepare and present insurance quotes
  • Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Must be able to commute to 80121 or 80122 zip code to the office daily
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
