Hand Solder

We are looking for an experienced Hand Solder for a great electronic contract manufacturing that specializes in the highest quality surface mount and through-whole circuit card assemblies in Irvine, CA.1st shift available.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Proficient in through hole soldering per IPC specifications related to PCB and electronic assembly.
Minimum 3 years in electronics manufacturing environment as a hand solder operator.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Ability to communicate tactfully with fellow employees both verbally and in writing.
Ability to develop and maintain cooperative and effective relationships with individuals and groups.
Ability to organize and prioritize work to successfully meet established timelines and follow quality department processes.
Ability to read and interpret detailed drawings.
Ability to read and understand work instructions/job travelers.
Ability to identify electronic components.

Compensation: $20 - $21 hr.
