Job Title : Fashion Account Manager III

Location : 100 S California St Tower 1_B700, Burbank, CA 91505, USA (Hybrid In-office Tues Thurs, flexible)

Duration : 5 Months contract

Must-Have Skills:

  1. Contract Negotiation:
  2. 5+ years of experience negotiating licensing contracts with partners.
  3. Excel Proficiency:
  4. Strong in pivot tables and financial analysis.
  5. Licensing/Consumer Products Experience:
  6. 5+ years, ideally in a Media or Entertainment environment.

Job Description:

About the Team:

Warner Bros. Consumer Products (WBCP) extends the studio s renowned entertainment franchises such as DC, Looney Tunes, and Harry Potter into the lives of fans worldwide through global licensing, merchandise, and experiential partnerships.

Role Overview:

The Manager, Fashion supports the Director in shaping and executing short- and long-term strategies for the Apparel category, with a key focus on collaborations. The position involves managing licensee relationships, negotiating contracts, overseeing category performance, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive strategy and execution for the Apparel category, especially collaborations.
  • Pitch brands to new and existing partners to grow revenue.
  • Lead licensee relationships: negotiate contracts, manage renewals, and act as daily point of contact.
  • Oversee budget planning and quarterly revenue forecasts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams: Legal, Contract Ops, Retail Sales, Product Development, Franchise, and Marketing.
  • Create and present pitch decks and business updates for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Use competitive analysis and industry insights to drive decision-making.
  • Support daily operations including reporting, analysis, and presentations.
  • Independently manage selected licensees from strategy to product launch.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • BA/BS degree
  • Experience in media, entertainment, or branded apparel
  • Familiarity with Apple Keynote

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Analytical thinker with strategic mindset
  • Exceptional organization and multitasking abilities
  • Collaborative team player
  • Deep understanding of retail and product development in apparel

Tools & Tech:

  • Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
  • Apple Keynote
  • MO365

Interview Process:

  1. First round: Hiring Manager (and possibly team member being backfilled)
  2. Second round: Senior Manager
  3. Interviews will be conducted via Zoom.

Additional Notes:

  • Must be located near Burbank, CA (role not open to remote-only candidates).
  • No overtime or weekend work expected.
  • No background checks or special clearances required.
