Job description
Job Title: Portable Equipment Handler
Location: Remote

Job Summary:
  • We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Portable Equipment Handler to join our innovative team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation and maintenance of portable equipment, contributing to the overall success and efficiency of our operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical aptitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers, ensuring timely issue resolution.
  • Follow detailed instructions and safety protocols to ensure equipment compliance and functionality.
  • Execute a variety of tasks using standard operating procedures, documenting service records accurately.
  • Address customer inquiries professionally, escalating complex issues when necessary.
  • Assist senior technicians during complex installations and repairs, learning from their expertise.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance technical skills and stay updated on new products.

Skills Required:
  • Strong troubleshooting abilities
  • Proficient in documentation and reporting
  • Experience with product installation and maintenance
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements
  • Basic knowledge of engineering fundamentals
  • Familiarity with remote support tools and techniques
  • High School Diploma or Vocational Education required.
  • No prior experience required.
