The Opportunity
You will create an inspiring shopping experience in which our guest feels empowered to customize their space. As the Associate /Operations Manager, you will promote the Ballard Designs brand at every guest encounter and ensure the team exemplifies brand values, standards, and experiences. Your leadership will guide company programs, increase sales, and deliver operational excellence.
The store location is Birmingham, AL
