What You’ll Do:

• Work with a mentor to help you develop your own management style
• Excel beyond what is taught in textbooks
• Work hands-on in the field with our crews
• Participate in monthly Branch Management meetings and review company financials

What We’re Looking For:

• Certificates, Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Plant Science, Horticultural Sciences, Business, or related preferred
• Interest in learning all aspects of the landscape management industry
• Can-do attitude and strong work ethic
• Clean driving record
• Strong communication skills
