Our Meetings & Shows team is seeking a talented and creative Executive Producer to produce corporate meetings, events and shows.

This role will direct and manage the entire production process from creative proposal through final budget reconciliation, while maintaining excellent client relationships and developing strong, customer-oriented teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage and direct BIW creative and production process.
• Collaborate with Creative Director to develop client solutions.
• Collaborate with Creative Director and production teams to develop and manage Budgets and Production Schedules.
• Participate in client presentations.
• Produce Meetings & Shows with a high level of production value within established budgets.
• Select, hire, and direct selected preferred partners and freelancers.
• Hire and manage on-site production crews with the assigned Technical Director.
• Mentor and train associate level staff on projects
• Manage all post-event requests.
• Maintain a safe, ethical, and legally compliant work environment.

Skills & Abilities:

• Ability to relate to C-Suite executives of major corporations.
• Ability to develop strong production teams.
• Stellar communication skills both verbal and written.
• Strong production and technical skills.
• Strong creative background: solid understanding of business and the creative process, as well as the ability to direct inter-disciplinary teams as it relates to video, media, staging/lighting/audio, graphics, writers, choreographers and technical support.
• Exemplary customer service skills.
• Budget estimating, management, and team leadership skills.
• Strong program management, organizational and professional confidence skills.
• Ability to travel extensively.

Education/Experience Required:

• BS/BA in Marketing, Speech Communication, Film/Video, Design or Theatre preferred.
• Minimum of eight years of direct experience as a business meeting or event producer.
• Experience with large-scale meetings and events such as National Sales Meetings, Product Launches, Employee Events.
• Production of events both live and virtual.
