Overview
The Engineering Leadership Program (ELP) is a rotation program designed to cultivate our next generation of technical leaders and individual contributors. Through the program the individual will gain a broad picture of the Edmund Optics (EO) culture, customers, and capabilities. This individual will move through several departments working side-by-side with our optical designers, sales engineers, manufacturing engineers, project managers, etc. This position is ideally suited to the motivated engineer/scientist who wants to experience a wide range of engineering and business disciplines and tackle challenges strategic to the corporation.

Education/Experience:
. Degree in Optical Engineering, Physics or other Engineering field; Experience with optical and mechanical design software preferred.
