Order Fulfillment Agent

JOB SUMMARY

Our Order Fulfillment Agent is responsible for picking, processing, and packaging all customer orders appropriately before leaving the facility for delivery. This role works closely with our Delivery Driver to ensure customer orders are accurate, complete, and arranged in accordance with Cresco's quality standards and state regulations.

CORE JOB DUTIES

• Confirming packaging and marketing labels are correct on finished goods
• Creation of compliance labels using POS system
• Applying compliance labels to all products
• Confirming products’ unit counts and compliance labels match dispensary manifests, ensuring no rejections or complaints from customers
• Toting and sealing all finished orders for delivery
• Placing customer orders on schedule based on logistics, on-hand inventory, and customer requests

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS

• Must have at least 1 year (2-3 years preferable) of hands-on experience in a factory, production or manufacturing fast-paced environment with measurable goals and working standards.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedure
• Well organized and ability to keep deadlines
• Works well with all peers
• Effective communication skills
• Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment
• Basic Excel, Word, and general computer knowledge
• Ability to stand for at least 6 hours per day and lift up to 50 pounds to torso level is necessary
