Pay Range: $50 - $56 Per Hour on W2

JOB SUMMARY:

Join our team as an AI-Enabled Content Strategist to develop intuitive self-help experiences for QuickBooks users by leveraging AI technologies. You'll transform complex jargon into approachable language, author structured content, and design engaging support experiences. Your role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, contribution to content optimization using AI, and ensuring content aligns with user needs and our brand's voice.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Author customer-facing content, simplifying complex topics for the QuickBooks ecosystem.
• Design intuitive support experiences on the QuickBooks site, improving resource accessibility.
• Implement and contribute to content standards, fostering brand consistency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with product and user needs.
• Utilize AI and data analysis to enhance content relevance and engagement.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience with content management systems, preferably WordPress.
• Proficiency in creating and managing modular, structured content (e.g., DITA).
• Strong understanding of SEO strategies and content system optimizations.
