Field Recruiter (Sales Talent) – Hybrid | Irving, TX

Base + Monthly Bonuses + Career Growth with a National Industry Leader

A fast-growing, nationwide leader in the real estate space is seeking a driven Field Recruiter to join its team in Irving, TX. This is a high-impact role where your ability to identify and attract top sales talent will directly influence business growth across multiple markets.

What You’ll Do
  • Partner with General Managers across multiple offices to understand hiring needs and market dynamics
  • Build and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract high-performing sales talent
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting, from intake to offer acceptance
  • Conduct candidate screening, pipeline management, and interview coordination
  • Guide hiring managers through structured interview processes and hiring decisions
  • Track activity, metrics, and pipeline health in the ATS
  • Own offer process including presentation, negotiation, and close
  • Travel up to 30% to support regional hiring initiatives and build relationships in local markets

  • Consistently hitting monthly and quarterly hiring KPIs
  • Driving candidate engagement, including interviews and in-market activities
  • Delivering top talent hires that convert into signed offers
  • Building strong partnerships with leadership across offices
What We’re Looking For
Required:
  • 1–2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (agency or corporate)
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-volume hiring environments
  • Proven ability to source passive candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and outreach
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and build trust
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Preferred:
  • Experience recruiting for sales, 1099, or commission-based roles
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
  • Competitive, results-driven mindset with a team-oriented approach
Compensation & Perks
  • Base Salary: $60,000 – $65,000
  • Monthly Bonuses: Typically $2,000 – $3,000+ based on performance
  • Annual Bonus: Up to $6,000 (higher for top performers)
  • Hybrid Schedule: 3 days/week in Irving office
