Our local office in Corpus Christi is growing fast, and we’re looking for someone passionate about building relationships, driving impact, and helping families find the care they deserve.
This is a part-time, commission-based position for a natural relationship builder. You’ll receive a $10/hr base salary for 30 hours a week, mainly dedicated to outreach and referral engagement, along with a progressive bonus structure for each new client we begin service with.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources such as hospitals, clinics, rehab centers, senior communities, and local businesses.
• Create a daily drop-in visit schedule to be reviewed each week with the Care Director and recapped briefly each day (10 min).
• Log each visit by sending your location, securing a photo (for potential social media use), and collecting a business card.
• Input all new contacts into our WellSky CRM to ensure we maintain consistent follow-ups.
• Help bring in new clients, assist in scheduling assessments, and support client onboarding by coordinating caregiver introductions.
• 1st Client in a Month: $100 bonus
• 2nd Client: $150 bonus
• 3rd Client: $200 bonus
• 4th Client: $250 bonus
• Then the next month, bonuses reset starting at $100 again.
Target: Start at least 4 new clients per month.
• Base Salary: $1,200/month (30 hrs/week at $10/hr)
• Bonus: Up to $700/month based on performance
• Total Target Compensation: $1,900/month (and can grow from there!)
• Strong people skills and a genuine interest in helping others
• Self-starter attitude with strong time management
• Comfortable with driving around the Corpus Christi area
• Familiar with digital tools like CRM platforms (we’ll train you on WellSky)
• Experience in healthcare, home care, or sales is a plus—but not required if you're motivated and willing to learn!
