Scope of Position
The Spa Runner is responsible for greeting guests upon arrival, escort them to the locker rooms, lounge areas and hospitality stations. He/She will promote and provide top quality customer service and hospitality as well as recommend and educate guests and members on services available at me Spa and Wellness Collective.
