ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 1979 and began my career as a State Farm agent straight out of college. I attended USC, and over the years I’ve built a small, close-knit team of three centered around strong relationships, reliability, and excellent customer service. Our agency has always been family-oriented, and that mindset carries into how we treat both our team and our customers.

For our team, we offer a Simple IRA, health benefits, licensing reimbursement, and a strong focus on work-life balance. Team members receive two weeks of paid vacation along with paid holidays, allowing time to recharge while maintaining consistency and stability at work.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a State Farm Team Member for our agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
  • Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
