Client Success Manager

Client Success Team

Summary

Eccovia is looking for a talented Client Success Manager to manage relationships with our valued Partners. The Client Success Manager will handle managing accounts while providing direction, consultation and growth strategies to our valued Community Partners.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as primary liaison for assigned Partner Accounts
  • Create and execute Success Plans for each Partner in your portfolio.
  • Cultivate Partners who are eager to refer Eccovia by nurturing an increase in NPS and CSAT scores.
  • Utilize and Achieve KPI targets.
  • Limit churn.
  • Develop, retain, and drive loyalty with Partner relationships through account management and network with potential Partners.
  • Anticipate Partner needs, checking in often and understanding their solution, ROI and unique value proposition.
  • Work directly with Partners to coordinate meetings for various team members and departments at Eccovia.
  • Communicate relevant information to inform coordination of tasks and projects to improve the relationship.
  • Document interactions with partner organizations in CRM software.
  • Interact through phone and email to address and resolve concerns and issues.
  • Assist in diagnosing challenges.
  • Demonstrate consistent application of Eccovia’s best practices for Partner interaction.
  • Internally team up with the Support Manager to meet relationship and technical needs.

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years’ experience in a Partner-facing account management role. SaaS is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with sales and other cross-functional teams in an office AND virtual environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
  • Understanding of the Social Determinants of Health and Health and Human Services markets are a plus (Homeless, Services, Survivor Services, Refugee Services, etc.)
  • Ability to complete tasks efficiently and effectively
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional time management skills.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Travel up to 25%

  • Pay range $60,000+, depending on experience
