Service Writer

- Provide exceptional customer service
- Learn and uncover customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions
- Learn product insights and solution recommendations
- Recommend and explain repairs to customers
- Close sales by using phenomenal communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple solutions
- Communicating with technicians about vehicle needs
- Customer consulting / sales for vehicle needs
- Deliver pricing estimates to customers
- Maintain showroom merchandise
- Keep customer waiting clean and organized
- Keep work areas clean, organized and safe
- Complete paperwork and invoices daily
- Placing outbound calls to customers to remind services are needed
- Operate Company and Customer vehicles in a clean and safe manner
