  • End Date/Duration: Permanent placement
  • Shift: 24-hour rotations for Level III units; 10- or 12-hour day shifts and 12- or 16-hour night shifts for Level IV units
  • Hours/week: Full-time
  • Employment Type: Permanent
  • License/Certs: NNP Board Certified (excluding FNP, PNP); 2+ years' experience required
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years as NNP in a high-acuity NICU setting

What You’ll Do
  • Provide advanced neonatal care in a large-level IV NICU and Level III units
  • Collaborate with a team of skilled physicians and healthcare professionals
  • Manage patients with a wide range of medical conditions in a high-acuity environment
  • Participate in rotation across three hospitals within the healthcare system
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant standards and protocols
  • Contribute to a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and education opportunities
What You Need
  • Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) Board Certified (no other NP certifications accepted)
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience as an NNP in a Level III/IV NICU
  • Valid current license in Florida or eligible for licensure
  • Strong clinical skills and the ability to handle high-acuity neonatal cases
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
