Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day. Whole lemons are freshly squeezed in our restaurants and combined with pure cane sugar and water (yep, that’s all) to make Chick-fil-A Lemonade®. We are seeking a Kitchen Manager professional to support the Restaurant business by communicating, tracking, training, and coaching all Kitchen Team Members on achieving and exceeding service and revenue goals. The Kitchen Manager is responsible for overseeing employees in the continual pursuit of “Operational Excellence” while creating a positive work culture in the kitchen. The Kitchen Manager must be a motivated self-starter with the ability to work efficiently. The Kitchen Manager position will report to the Restaurant Director of Operation and is responsible for overseeing the Quality, Safety, Procedures and Training of Team Members in the kitchen.
