I’m Niko Kramer, and I’m building out a Live Transfer Lead Division with one purpose: to close at elite levels. We need Loan Officers who are stone-cold closers; rockstars with the finesse to take a call, crush objections, and secure the deal.   • You don’t just know mortgages, you own the process—from structuring to delivering confidence to clients comparing multiple offers.
  • Relentless hustle and energy. You’re the kind who picks up the phone day or night because you know every call matters.
