CONSTRUCTION STAFFING SALES - Milwaukee, WI

We are a Construction Staffing Company with 21 years of experience in the industry and we are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Construction Staffing Sales Representative for our location in Milwaukee, WI.

We are different! No quotas, no pipelines, no conference calls, no b.s. All we want you to do is sell and build relationships!

What you will be doing:

• 
  You will drive sales by identifying potential clients qualifying prospects and closing sales.
  
• 
  Effectively sell our workforce and staffing solutions by identifying prospects in need of skilled tradespeople for the MEP trades.
  
• 
  Build strong relationships with decision makers via phone, text, email, social media, in-person meetings.
  
• 
  Negotiate pricing to ensure maximum return on quality solutions.
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Must have a minimum of three years in construction staffing, in a business development capacity or worked on a dual desk selling & recruiting. Understand what potential clients need, know the industry.
  

Compensation: We offer a base salary to commensurate with experience + commissions and profit sharing. Our salespeople make 6 figures and that's not just a line to get you to respond! If you are driven, your earning capacity is unlimited!
