ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
We’re excited to be approaching our 10-year anniversary this December! Our close-knit team is made up of 5 full-time and 1 part-time team members, and we treat each other like family. With a strong team spirit, we work toward shared goals while keeping things light and fun—mixing professionalism with plenty of camaraderie along the way.

I bring 20 years of State Farm experience (including time as a team member myself) and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Elon University, with a focus on Management. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Beau Burton - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist clients with policy changes and updates.
  • Identify additional ways that our team can serve each customer.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred.
