Project Manager/Project Coordinator

This is an enablement and readiness team within WW Software Sales Acceleration. They are looking to put more structure around their work and build more processes. One of the first projects is building and the rollout of intake tracker to help with prioritization of projects. Also want to move some tactical work off of their plate so they can focus on more innovative and strategic activities. This role will be the start of a PMO that they will be looking to build out over time. But right now they want to start the process of building more structure within their group and start prioritizing projects and making sure they have the right process to gather requirements and then track the milestones of those projects. This role will be tactical vs strategic but we are looking for someone who can work with minimal direction. Person should have strong MS Office skills (excel, ppt and sharepoint) and be able to do work such as keeping track of projects, dates, following up on action items, scheduling meetings etc. This is a role we envision going long term.
